In honor of International Chocolate Day, the celebrated confectioner Dudu Outmezgine, together with the premium chocolate brand "Valrhona," launches the "Black & Gold" cake, available at a cool NIS 890

In honor of the sweetest anniversary of the year, International Chocolate Day on July 7, the two premium brands "Dudu Outmezgine" and "Valrhona" joined together to create 50 limited edition cakes, which will be sold at the chain's branches.

The "Black & Gold" cakes incorporate the finest raw materials, carefully chosen and imported from all over the world. The cake consists of five different layers: a baked bottom layer of dark Tulakalum 75% Valrhona chocolate, a layer of crunch (Tulakalum chocolate with waffle chips), roasted almonds imported from Canada, Valrhona grilled cocoa beans, hazelnuts imported from France, 24 karat gold chipshandmade caramel, Atlantic sea salt, saffron imported from Spain, and a layer of Crème brûlée with Madagascar vanilla. The top layer is made of rich chocolate mousse (46% Bahiba). The coating on the top of the cake is a delicate glaçage coating of milk chocolate with a blend of 24 karat gold chips and chocolate chips. The cake will be sold on a gold-plated plate at NIS 890 each. At that price...how much is a bite worth?
