As if the Tishbi Winery Complex wasn't cool enough - they're launching an ice cream lollipop series
At the height of the summer, the decadent Valrhona chocolate brand offered at the Tishbi Winery Complex is crafting a sweet and colorful pop-up collaboration melding together the special ingredients of the "SOSA" brand and their premium chocolate. At the pop-up, a new collection of ice cream candies in a variety of textures and flavors are wrapped in different layers of chocolate and inside and outside, visitors can have a look at the variety of innovative raw materials that are used in the flavors: olive oil powder, crispy raspberry, blueberry powder, crunchy pearls, gold powder and more. These will be served on a stick just like a lollipop. The Pop-up Lollipop will be open until the end of August at the Tishbi Winery visitors' center, which also operates the charming Tishbi restaurant.
