Pulling inspiration from Persian cuisine, famed female Israeli chef Ayelet Latovich is bringing the flavorful culture to the kitchen at Beta Caffé in Ramat Aviv. Launching “Sabzi Night” to take place every Sunday evening from 19:00-23:00, Chef Latovich has designed the menu to include special dishes harnessing deeply-rooted traditions of using only local and seasonal produce.

To stimulate the senses and truly dive head first into the Persian culture, Beta Caffé will play contemporary Iranian music and offer beverages inspired by the Persian tradition.

Some of the dishes on offer include a variety of salads like olive salad and pomegranates, eggplant and garlic salad, yogurt with herbs, and dishes like 'coco sabzi' which is a vegetable omelet with spinach, yogurt and raisins, and rice with pomegranate. The specialized menu will also include meatballs or fish with nuts in dried fruit sauce, beetroot, and rice with pomegranate sauce, fish fillet in pomegranate syrup, tarragon and Persian lemon on green rice, and kebab. And of course you can’t have a “Sabzi Night” without 'ghormeh sabzi', a vegan dish with plenty of vegetables and red beans in dried Persian lemon flavors, and many more Persian influenced dishes.

Be sure to join Chef Latovich along for the journey at Betta Cafe in Ramat Aviv - also arriving soon in her and her partners many other restaurants.
