The Igloo at the Herzliya Arena Mall is Extended Throughout the Holidays

Due to the success and high demand for the igloo at the Herzliya Arena mall, which opened in August, the experiential snow complex for children will continue to operate through October, after the holiday season. The igloo offers children and kids at heart enjoyable snow activities, and will also be open during the upcoming holidays and Thursdays and Saturdays.

The igloo is located in the open air, under the sky, opposite the Herzliya Marina's yachts and boats dock, and consists of two huge construction domes brought to Israel, offering innovative snowmobiling machines. In the 10-foot-diameter dome, the visitors can enjoy a short film about the process of snow formation, and the important ecological significance of snow in our world.

At the end of the movie, visitors can move to the 6-foot-high, bigger dome, where kids can enjoy winter attractions including building and decorating snowmen, the igloo and more. There are also a variety of accessories for free play in the snow, and from time to time, visitors are showered with an onslaught of fresh snow. The temperature in the dome is controlled at about 18 degrees and participants are required to wear long pants, gloves and closed shoes.

The Igloo at the Herzliya Arena, Reef 2 Herzliya. Entrance fee: NIS 20 for Herzliya residents and NIS 30 regular price. More details and for tickets visit: eventer.co.il/calendar/arena
