Sushi Master Chef Yasuto Oyamada, aka Yama-San, is the creative mastermind behind this gem, known for his ability to turn every plate into a work of art. He was born in the Southern Japanese province of Kagoshima and grew up in the mountains with a gorgeous garden filled with a bounty of produce. This is where he acquired the skills and motivation to cook, then moved to Tokyo and learned from the best. At the ripe age of 21, he moved to New York City and began his culinary journey at some of the most prominent sushi places in the city. His extensive experience includes working at the world-renowned Morimoto.
The unique concept of Traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern twist, and the endless elements of surprise and creativity, strengthen it all.
