Little Shop! Little Brgr shop of hungers…

With a mix of meticulously handled meat, add-ons such as vanilla marinated pineapple rings, candied chili peppers, and stunning presentation, this brand spanking new hamburger joint is already making a name for itself.

While the tantalizing aromas from the mysterious shop on Dizengoff have been teasing passersby for days, The Little Brgr Shop (TLBS) is finally opening its doors to the public today. The final taste tests have been completed and the presentation that Chef On Mishan has prepared is a culinary work of art.

The burgers weigh in at a whopping 190 grams before grilling. They are served with three toppings of your choice, and the selection ranges from more traditional toppings such as cheddar cheese, mushrooms, or onions, to vanilla marinated roasted pineapple rings and exotic peppers. On the menu you will find various combinations, such as the chef’s recommended “Blumenthal,” served with a roasted pineapple ring, cinnamon, and star anise, cheddar, and caramelized chili strips. In terms of looks, this is one sexy Motherf***er.

Compared to the Blumenthal, the classic burger tastes a bit banal, however Mishan explains, "These are products designed for different people. The classic is suitable for everyday eating, for instance, after a night of drinking, and the Blumenthal is a hamburger for anyone who wants to challenge themselves.”
