Summer means another reason to revel in the onslaught of outdoor activities available here. From SUP yoga to wall climbing with the whole family, here are five alfresco activities to do now

1. IClimb in Park HaYarkon

Park HaYarkon, the most walkable park in Tel Aviv, just got a new climbing park. From beginner to pro, there are walls for every level, all placed in an open outdoor space facing  the sky. For the little ones, they have a kids’ wall area, too. When you’re done, bring rollerblades and check out the rollerblade rink nearby, or enjoy the kids’ bungee jump activities right next door.

2. Shape Up

Start your day with the quiet reflection of the water in your face and take a morning yoga class on a paddleboard. This one-hour class works your body to its core while letting you indulge in the beauty of the sea. Located in South Tel Aviv, Lake TLV showcases a multitude of water experiences from water skiing to wakeboarding to channeling your inner yogi.

3. Coach Carmit’s International Beach Workout (CCIBW)

Ever wondered what to do with all that gym equipment down at the beach? Follow the international crowd, and you’ll find Carmit, who teaches fitness workouts in English, Spanish, French, and Hebrew. These workouts happen at Gordon Beach (and all over), and you’re never sure what you will get. One day it’s HITT Workouts, and another day it’s step workouts,TRX, or the popular gym equipment that’s located on the beach. Take in the sun as you move your buns!

4. Stand Up Paddling

Sea Center is a community that offers everything from windsurfing and SUP Yoga to kayaking. From private groups to small groups, you can find it all right here. We’re crushing hard on the stand up paddling: it’s a great way to work your core and arms while using the hypnotic lapping waves as the ultimate distraction.
