From a successful culinary trifecta who have collectively worked in such Tel Avivian hotspots as Santa Katerina, Claro, The Social Club and Pronto, comes the highly-anticipated restaurant Ahuzat Bayit. Taking inspiration from places like the venerable culinary landmark Balthazar in NYC, the knowledgeable grouping of chefs at the helm of Ahuzat Bayit have gathered everything they know from the places they have seen, the dishes they have tried and created themselves - regionally and internationally - and they are creating a new language in the local foodie scene. Expect dishes like oxtail lasagna with roasted mushrooms, calamari carbonara with bacon and out-of-this-world desserts like bittersweet chocolate mousse with salted caramel and peanuts dashed with lemon zest.
