Hummus Abu Marun

One of the reigning hummus families in the city, since 1969, Abu Marun does it best in their original Haifa flea market location, but can be found in two additional locations as well around and just outside the city. Known for their succulent French fries topped with garlic-lemon sauce, sumac and fresh chopped parsley, they are the perfect vessel for scooping up your plate of hummus. Just make sure to get your own, so you won’t need to share them with your dining counterpart and antique-shopping companion, in this unique area of the city.
