A flat pizza with a golden crispy edges, lovingly crafted from an original Greek recipe, and then baked in a stone oven? Yes, please. Unlike its Italian sisters, a number of the unusual toppings here have been added to this special Greek pizza - starting with garlic spread known as 'Skordalia', Greek gyros, souvlaki, and even Kaimuki-style sweet pizza. All of these will only be served by home delivery and for the month of August only.

Urban Bakery launches a Polish summer pop up at their Noga branch with a special menu of pastries with Polish summer vibes, alongside cool, refreshing Belvedere vodka-based cocktails. This month, go for the mini-rye breads, pastries, stuffed puffs and desserts served on-site, all hailing from traditional Polish recipes. Alongside the pastries, summery cocktails are served, on a base of the Polish rye Belvedere vodka - the drink that is most closely associated with Warsaw's culinary traditions.

Blikemah ( 'without flour' in Hebrew), is a gluten-free patisserie shop located in Ramat HaChayal which has become a pilgrimage hotspot for sweet and baked goods' enthusiasts. In these peak summer days, they are offering a pop-up of ice cream sandwiches - including rich cookies, in a variety of flavors, smooshed together with high-quality vanilla bourbon ice cream. All the cookies can be doused with special sauces such as dark chocolate, salted caramel and berries, brownies, vanilla marshmallows and caramelized almonds. 
Begins August 12 and continues continues through the end of September.

Pop up on the beach with Gazoz

The Gazoz Tel Aviv beach restaurant launches a new tapas menu influenced by the Iberian Peninsula, with touches from the Balkan kitchens. The tapas menu will be offered August until October, and were crafted by chef Avivit Friel-Avihai, fitting alongside the regular menu of the beachside restaurant. All in all, the menu presents contemporary interpretations of Mediterranean coastal kitchens with a dozen small dishes best ordered as a colorful, refreshing opener of appetizers, alongside special cocktails that are made on-site. This classic beachy dining experience is designed for everyone from early morning sunbathers to sunset revellers deep into the evening hours.
