Since 2003, Zanzara has been sharing their passion for authentic Italian cuisine with the Haifa crowd. The country-style décor is as authentic as their hand pressed Panini. Trained by chef and restaurant owner Daniel Weisman, the kitchen staff whips up Sicilian breakfasts, a selections of addictive antipasti, a rustic Roquefort salad, handmade pastas with a variety of classic sauces, and main courses straight from the “boot,” like chicken scaloppini with mushroom sauce, and shrimp risotto with saffron cream.
