Training Room

While all the studios on this list have instructors capable of instructing in English, Training Room is the only studio that exclusively teaches in English. The owners are two brothers who made Aliyah from the UK and ran outdoor group workout classes before opening their first brick-and-mortar location in the Old North. Now in addition to their outdoor workouts they teach 45-minute in-studio classes including TRX, HIIT and boxing. The classes are capped at 15 people and include all levels.
