The first festival of its kind to take place in Israel is celebrating 34 years by emphasizing pluralism, co-existence and peace and celebrating accomplishments of new Israeli cinema with about 280 new film screenings, live concerts and outdoor screenings for the family. International and Israeli film competitions and masterclasses with dozens of filmmakers from all over the world will take place as a part of the festivities. More special events, including an event titled “Undercover” will take place with creators of critically acclaimed television shows like “Le Bureau” and “Fauda” and an ISraeli film market cleverly named “Cinemarket Haifa.”
