Brambles restaurant has welcomed summer with a bang. The restaurant is embracing the season most deliciously. It has released a new summer menu with dishes made to celebrate the hottest season of the year.
The new menu features bold flavours, colourful dishes, and a touch of sunshine, sure to please anyone seeking a vibrant experience this season. It features starters, mains and dessert.
The restaurant went all out with its starter offering. Some of the starters include oysters, soups and even an oxtail vetkoek.
If salads are your vibe, then you are in for a treat, because salad lovers are spoilt for choice. The restaurant has unveiled four new salad dishes: the Cobb, Summer, Steak, and Smoked Salmon Trout salads. Think light, flavourful and perfect for warm weather. The salads range from R180 to R273.
When it comes to mains, the options are plentiful, and the variety is impressive. The menu now boasts more than ten hearty dishes, including platters, seafood and juicy burgers. Whether you are in the mood for a generous platter or just want something healthy and filling, the new menu promises to cater to even the most discerning eaters.
The signature dishes still feature on the menu. Brambles has retained its signature offerings, including the spicy pork cutlet, the T-bone, served with mustard fries, as well as the ribeye, fillet, sirloin, and lamb. There is plenty to enjoy.
Those with a sweet tooth are in for a treat. Berries and cream, vanilla mango brûlée or decadent Callebaut chocolate bavarois are on the menu.
Judging by the menu offerings, Joburgers are in for a real treat this summer. With so many restaurants in the city serving up fresh flavours, creative dishes, and seasonal highlights, there's no shortage of delicious experiences waiting to be enjoyed.
