Exciting changes coming to Fourways Mall

Fourways View, a section within Fourways Mall, is getting a new look. 

The section, which primarily consisted of banks, Food Lover's Market and Pet World, is still operational with slide adjustments to accommodate the renovations. 

Shoppers can still purchase their favourite fresh produce, meat, a wide range of groceries and essentials at Food Lover's Market. The Pet World, the all-in-one pet, vet and grooming store, is also still operational. 

However, the banks have been moved. The mall had two banking sections - the Standard bank side and the FNB side. As part of the renovations, all the banks have now been consolidated into the FNB section.

Management says the renovations will take a couple of months to complete. 

"The renovations in this section are expected to be completed in March 2026, marking the next step in Fourways Mall’s evolution and journey forward," Fourways Management's representative, Jenny Griesel, told Time Out. 

The representative explains that the decision to renovate that section was largely influenced by the desire to elevate the shopping journey for thousands of customers who enjoy shopping at the mall. 

"The decision to renovate this section was led by the strong upward trajectory that Fourways Mall is enjoying, with a clear focus on elevating the shopping journey.

"The centre has already introduced new lifestyle and entertainment experiences such as  Planet Fitness, Match Padel, Total Ninja Interactive and Shooters, a plush Cinema Prestige and loads of fantastic new stores. This redevelopment provides an opportunity to bring in a mix of premium, specialist and lifestyle offerings, while continuing to deliver the services and convenience that shoppers know and love.

"Shoppers can look forward to a redevelopment that brings a more premium feel to the space, designed to align with the improvements taking place across Fourways Mall." 

New stores on the way

The good news is that the renovations will come with exciting new stores. 

"The new section will balance high-end convenience with gourmet and bespoke experiences. Specialist grocers, wellness concepts, and a luxurious spa offering will be introduced to elevate the overall experience," says Jenny. 

Some of the offerings will be available before the end of the year. 

"A wide selection of dining spots will also be added, including the popular Mozambik, which is set to open before the end of 2025. These will sit alongside our banking and essential services to ensure everyday convenience is maintained," adds Jenny. 

The representative says the "overall mix has been carefully curated to complement and enhance the Fourways Mall experience."
