Grubhouse restaurant set to open new dining spot in Edenvale

If you’re in and around the East Rand, there’s exciting news on the dining scene. Popular Gauteng eatery Grubhouse is set to open a brand-new branch in Edenvale. The upcoming restaurant will be located at Glen Curve Shopping Centre, bringing the brand’s signature messy, indulgent comfort food closer to local diners.

The restaurant recently shared progress updates on social media, giving followers a sneak peek at the new space. Although an official opening date has not yet been announced, excitement is already building among fans eager to experience the vibrant atmosphere and hearty menu.

So, what makes Grubhouse such a crowd favourite? The restaurant is known for its American-inspired comfort food with a proudly Mzansi twist. Diners can expect dishes like the famous Messy Stack Burger, wood-fired pizzas, bomb bites, loaded fries, and freakshakes. It’s the kind of place where getting messy is part of the fun.

Grubhouse is also popular for its value-packed specials. It's Wednesday “Wings Day” offering allows guests to enjoy bottomless wings for just R149, a deal that regularly draws groups of friends and families looking for a midweek outing. On Thursdays, the restaurant runs a buy-one-get-one-free on some of its drinks, making it another hit for those wanting to unwind after a long day and take advantage of phuza Thursday.
