Hey Neighbour is coming in hot for 2025, and the latest lineup announcement is proof. The global house music icon Black Coffee will be taking to the main stage on Day 2 of the festival, and he’s not coming alone. Expect an electrifying performance alongside some surprise special guests (whose names are under wraps… for now).
One of South Africa’s biggest musical exports, Black Coffee, has become a global force in electronic music. From headlining sets at Coachella and Tomorrowland to winning a Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album in 2022, his genre-defining deep house sound has earned him international acclaim.
Black Coffee’s sets are nothing short of legendary, and this homecoming promises to be one for the books. The local supporting lineup is equally stacked, featuring SA favourites across genres:
- Elaine (R&B queen),
- Muzi (the Zulu Skywalker),
- Khuli Chana (Motswako legend),
- Sun-EL Musician, DJ Lag, Tortured Soul, Lulo Cafe, Holly Rey, Nia Pearl, Akio, DJ Nkosh, Lochive, and Adillah, to name a few.
The second wave of artist announcements delivers nothing but fire, and that’s before the international acts are even unveiled. Plus, Jacaranda FM and MTV have joined as official media partners to crank up the volume even further.
When and where
The festival takes place from Saturday, 30 August to Sunday, 31 August 2025 at Legends Adventure Farm in Pretoria, with gates open from 12 pm to 10 pm daily. Tickets are live, including day passes, weekend passes, and camping. Only available via the official site, so don’t fall for scams.
More announcements are on the way, but one thing’s for sure: Hey Neighbour 2025 is already shaping up to be the event of the year.
