Get ready to dance until you drop - J'Something is bringing the heat to the city in 2026.

The award-winning musician alongside his wife will bring their popular Lovers Rock Festival to Johannesburg.

Created by lovers, for lovers - this is a one kind of event that brings romance to life.

It is a fusion of great music and food. What's remarkable about this year's edition is that it will be taking place on Valentine's Day.

The event is free and registration is already open.

Attendees can expect exciting line-up of performers, mouth-watering dishes and a great vibe. It promises to be an unforgettable day.

Lovers Rock Festival started in 2024. The the first edition took place at Ground The Venue in Muldersdrift.

This year's venue is still under wraps and following the Jozi festival, the event will move to the Mother City. The Cape Town festival is scheduled for 21 February.

Last year's event featured entertainment from DJ Fresh, Manana, Shekhinah, Dj Kent, Akio, and many other entertainers.
J'Something is known for serving up unforgettable flavours — in music and in food — and this festival is no exception.
The announcement about the festival comes after JSomething released another romantic hit, I DO. The song features the Grammy-award-winning Mr. Rams.
The music video was shot in Midrand.
