Mall of Africa expands retail offering

If you’re a Nike fan, love shopping, or simply enjoy international brands, this one is sure to excite you.

One of Africa’s biggest shopping destinations, Mall of Africa, has officially expanded its offering with a brand-new addition. The mall is now home to one of the world’s biggest clothing and footwear brands,  Nike.

Taking to social media on Tuesday, Mall of Africa announced that the new  Nike store is officially open. The opening was marked with balloons and celebrations, welcoming shoppers into the new space. The store is located on the mall’s upper level.

So what does this mean for Johannesburg?

Joburg has long been known as a city where you can truly shop till you drop, and this latest addition proves it once again. Mall of Africa is already home to dozens of international and local brands, giving shoppers plenty of choices.

Above all, the opening of the new Nike store is another reminder that Johannesburg continues to attract major global brands and remains one of the country’s top shopping destinations.
