Jacksons Real Food Market & Eatery has brought its brand of "honest, nourishing, real food" to Bedfordview's Bedford Crossing.
This is the third location in Johannesburg for the much-loved store, following a decade of success in Bryanston and Kyalami.
Customers can expect a vibrant fresh produce market stocked with exotic, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients alongside a full-service eatery serving breakfast, brunch, and all-day dining.
"We only support passionate small farmers who practise old-fashioned, organically grown or reared methods. We believe in food in its purest state," Gary Jackson, the Founder of Jacksons Real Food Market & Eatery, shares.
"Educating the consumer and quality go hand in hand. We want you to know how it was grown or raised, how it was treated or farmed, and where it's from.
"The more the customer knows about the product, the better. We want to bring back traditional cooking methods and help moms, dads, and kids be better cooks."
What to expect at Jacksons in Bedfordview
The Bedfordview market floor draws its inspiration from Afro-European outdoor markets, with full organic fruit and vegetables, pasture-reared, grass-fed beef from ethical small farms, a curated selection of top local South African cheeses, sustainable seafood, and so much more available to purchase.
On the eatery front, the same menu you've come to know and love from the other stores will be available in Bedfordview; from the legendary egg and strawberry stack breakfast and freshly wood-fired pizzas to Asian-inspired teriyaki bowls and a selection of rainbow health bowls.
One might say it's a real foodies dream.
"Bedfordview has been calling to us for a long time. The community here is exactly who Jacksons is for - people who care about what they eat, where it comes from, and the experience of eating it. We are beyond excited to finally be here," Jackson adds.
