Hello, gorgeous. If over-the-top opulence is your preferred aesthetic, this four-bedroom mansion is your dream destination. Just west of the I-15, the estate supposedly once belonged to Nicholas Cage, but today is decked out for guests. There are enough beds for 10 and designer details like red floors, rain showers, a black-felt pool table and glistening piano. The outdoor space is just as impressive: think smartly landscaped grounds, a chill-out patio and a shimmering pool. Bring friends along to split the bill, or a sugar daddy - we won't judge.

If you prefer a more homely vibe for your Las Vegas trip, this lush home Airbnb is just for you. Only 11 miles from the Strip, this Airbnb in North Las Vegas is warm, inviting, and just what you need for a vacation full of activities. Sleeping up to ten guests in four bedrooms, the property is perfect for groups of friends on an understated stag/hen do, or for extended families wanting a vacation to remember. The modern Airbnb doesn't give up luxury and provides all the essentials for a calming oasis. If you fancy a break from eating out at world-famous restaurants, the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need for your culinary adventures. There's also a private swimming pool with a BBQ outside so you can cool off in the Vegas heat. Bonus: you can bring your furry friends too as pets are allowed.

A 1950s bungalow might not immediately scream ‘Vegas glam’ in a way that other properties do. But this retro-infused house has a chicness all of its own. Fall in love its quirky furnishings and artsy flourishes, then spend all evening around the private pool in the backyard. We also love it for its convenient location (the Arts District, Fremont Street and Strip are all easily accessible from here).

Walking distance to Planet Hollywood and MGM Grand, the Signature’s golden towers deliver well-appointed hotel-style rooms with living areas, kitchenettes and oversized bathrooms with walk-in showers and jetted tubs. Where this 32nd floor Airbnb really shines is in the price, well below what you’d pay for a comparable room elsewhere and with a host of amenities like free Wi-Fi, free parking, free laundry, no resort fee and, perhaps most importantly, complimentary access to MGM Grand’s sprawling, palm-studded poolscape and lazy river.

Follow Apartment Therapy on Instagram? Then this sunny four-bedroom is definitely your jam. Think natural wood, turquoise accents, lots of house plants and a reading room with built-in bookshelves and vintage Vegas artwork. Fall asleep in a clean, minimalist bedroom, then enjoy your morning coffee on the patio. The Strip is a 15-minute drive away when you want to rage or, ya know, sip a carefully-made craft cocktail.

There’s no pool in this Downtown Las Vegas home, no grand piano or stripper pole. But what it lacks in outlandish amenities, this well-priced four-bedroom crash pad makes up for in polished comfort, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay in tasteful style. That means a high-ceilinged living room with space for a crowd to catch a movie, beds for eight, a massive kitchen to whip up meals and an outdoor patio with Stratosphere views so you don’t forget that this is Vegas, after all.

Situated center-strip, this gasp-worthy apartment offers 270-degree views and easy access to Las Vegas’s bounty of restaurants and bars. If you want heart-of-it-all action and your own kitchen, this Vdara Skyvilla has your name on it. It's a non-smoking, non-gaming alternative to the casino behemoths all around. That means you get an art-infused space that feels exclusive without sacrificing access to the amenities that make Vegas, well, Vegas. The suite itself sleeps five and includes the aforementioned kitchen, as well as dining and living areas and complimentary use of the spa, gym and fitness studio.

If you can bear to get away from the Strip and the center of the action (and, to be honest, it can definitely be nice to get a breather from LV’s relentless party buzz), a nearby home could be a solid renting option. And there are some spectacular Airbnbs to choose from. Take this house, for example, which is just a mile and a bit from the main stretch and boasts stuff like a hot tub, enormous pool (with its own waterfall), spa, walk-in showers and TVs in every bedroom. It’s a slice of real luxury – and really not that far from the heart of the action.

When you’ve got a jacuzzi with, erm, that view, you know you’re already onto a winner. Not only is that tub on a rooftop, with city-best views out over LV’s neon blaze from 500 feet up, but it’s also glass-encased, overhanging and heated year-round. And this place doesn’t just have one jacuzzi. Oh no. There’s another in the bathroom! The rest of the apartment is compact but impeccably well-designed, making the most of the space and boasting extra perks like a Bluetooth stereo system and cozy fireplace.

Not many properties would live up to the name ‘Your dream home’, but this one comes pretty damn close. Cooling and calming vibes permeate every area, from the white and blue expanse of the living room to the undulating and inviting swimming pool just outside the patio doors. The only thing worth remembering is that you are in Vegas – so it will be worth leaving home eventually, no matter how enticing this whole place is.

Just off the Strip at the Vdara Hotel resort, this Airbnb is spectacular inside and out. Boasting frankly mind-melting views out over one of the US’s most famous roads, peel your eyes away from the view and the apartment itself is equally beautiful. Set over two floors at the top of the Vdara, this penthouse mixes plush purple upholstery and rich wooden furnishings with a clean, contemporary design finish. And just in case all that wasn’t enough, guests also get complimentary access to Vdara’s resort pool and fitness center, as well as access to a bunch of restaurants, cafes and shops. Swish!
