Las Vegas is a haven for foodies. Whatever the cuisine is that you’re craving, you’re sure to find it – with bells on. As Women's History Month kicks off this March, we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to showcase the finest women-owned restaurants across the city. From brunch havens that are sure to start your day right to sleek tapas joints for sipping wine and sharing small plates, you're sure to be impressed by what's on offer. Check out our guide to the best of them right here.

Alexandra Lourdes and Lin Jerome have spearheaded somewhat of a restaurant empire in Las Vegas, with Instagram big-hitters Café Lola, Saint Honoré, and Pizza Anonymous all under their belt. The gem in the duo’s crown has to be Café Lola, however. This plush pink paradise is a haven for starting your day in Instagrammable surroundings, thanks to its gorgeous floral interiors and menu of elevated European brunch classics. Expect to find the likes of the decadent strawberry shortcake waffle and cheese-stuffed breakfast croissant, alongside creative coffee concoctions such as the signature 24K Gold Crème Brûlée Latte.

Las Vegas-raised and Bulgarian-born Nina Manchev is the chef-owner of Forte Tapas, which she opened when she was just 22 years old. It’s a simple concept, as all the best flavors of Europe come together, alongside a few staples from Manchev’s native country. A firm favorite for group dining as dishes are brought out as small plates, with staples including Chorizo Con Vino (Spanish chorizo simmered in red wine with herbs) and Stroganoff Fries, topped with signature stroganoff ragu sauce. And to drink? The wines reflect the same continental leaning, with vibrant finds from some of the best regions in Europe.

Chef Natalie Young first opened the ever-popular breakfast and lunch joint eat. in 2012, which upped the ante on Vegas’ restaurant scene thanks to its soulful meals, fresh ingredients, and neighborly feel. While this is an essential visit when recuperating after a long day of hitting the Strip, there’s another spot under her belt that we’re really championing. Old Soul is an American kitchen found in World Market Center, characterized by its vintage aesthetic, elevated comfort food and pre-Prohibition vibe. There’s an emphasis on bourbon and whiskey, “while you eat on grandma’s good china” – making it a truly unique experience.

Found in Summerlin, Honey Salt is a neighborhood restaurant with plenty of prestige. The flagship of celebrated restaurateur and her husband, Chef Kim Canteenwalla, this is so much better than your average brunch joint, as it combines classic comfort food with the couple’s passion for entertaining and world-class dining. Head here for a welcoming start to the day, or a delicious dinner made up of Duroc Pork Secreto, Cast Iron Branzino, and Farmhouse Meatloaf alongside hearty shared dishes, carefully selected bottles, and a dedicated vegan menu.

If you’re looking for one of the best vegan restaurants in the city, this should be on your list. Owned jointly by two husband-and-wife teams in two locations, Tacotarian can be found in DTLV Arts District and another in Southwest Vegas. Enjoy a taste of Mexican culture with a large selection of tacos, alongside other staples such as burritos, quesadillas, and enchiladas. As well as being plant-based, the restaurant will cater to gluten-free diners with dedicated menus throughout the all-day and brunch menus.
