Time Out says

Beacons Metro is the metropolitan spin-off of the popular Beacons music festival usually taking place in the Yorkshire Dales.

As well as an exciting roster of music across various venues in the north, DIY Magazine will be taking over Leeds' Headrow House with five nights, kicking off on 5 October with Nai Harvest, Bloody Knees, Abattoir Blues and Forever Cult, before Brawlers, Get Inuit, Calls Landing and Empty Blue complete the bill on 7 October, Girls Names, Feature, Fehm and Chaika on 16 October, and Best Friends, Hannah Lou Clark, Beverly and The Orielles on 20 October, concluding with Tuff Love, Fake Laugh, Lazy Day and Finnmark on 13 November.

Better still, they're all free.
