The media increasingly presents “yoga” as a practice reserved for the young and beautiful - which is hardly the case and far from the truth! Yoga practices are available to people of all ages and backgrounds. Some of the most advanced yogis in India are near - or over - 100 years old! It's never too late to start, and a steady practice can only improve with commitment and age.



Join me March 11-13 for Aging, Awakening, and Freedom:

Living with Joy Through Yoga where we will explore different aspects of yoga, including the physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, scriptural study, and sound. This will be an unforgettable weekend that will ignite and inspire your body, mind and soul. You don't have to be a pro to join us. This workshop is suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike!

Friday Evening: 6pm – 9pm

6:00pm – 6:30pm Introduction and Mantra

6:45pm – 8:15pm Slow, mindful vinyasa flow practice

8:30 – 9pm Guided Meditation and the significance of creating a sacred space in your home.



Saturday Early Session: 9am-3pm

9am – 9:30am: Morning Meditation and Chanting

9:45am – 11:15 - Traditional Jivamukti Practice

11:30am – 1:30 pm Lunch Break

1:45 – 3:00 Open Discussion about aging and asana lab



Saturday Late Session: 3pm-6pm

3:15 – 5pm Restorative Practice

5:15 – 6pm Guided Meditation and evening chants



Sunday: 9am-12pm

9am – 9:30am Morning Meditation and Chanting

9:45 – 11:15 – Yoga practice emphasizing twists, headstand, and shoulderstand.
