Bourbon Aged Dinner says
September is Bourbon Heritage Month and we're ready to celebrate bourbon's influence on some of our favorite craft spirits. This is not your run-of-the-mill Bourbon dinner, we are featuring a selection of fine craft spirits created with Bourbon in mind. Chef Richard Sible will pair each of the four spirits with dishes created using locally sourced foods.


Virtue "The Mitten" | Arugula & Apple salad
-A craft winter cider from Michigan aged for three seasons in bourbon barrels.

Watershed Gin | Braised Bison Tongue
-This Ohio based micro distiller looked to its neighbor from the south to give a surprising and delicious twist to their light, modern four peel gin.

Founder's KBS | Coffee Braised Pork Belly
-One of the most highly anticipated beer releases every year. Founder's Breakfast Stout aged in bourbon barrels inspired this dinner.

Angle's Envy | Chocolate Mousse
-After four courses of spirits aged in bourbon barrels we thought it would be fitting to end with a Bourbon finished in port barrels.
