Chi Kung/Qi Gong says
One translation of Chi Kung means chi work, or working with chi. Chi is the vital essence which gives life to our bodies. Cultivating chi is one way to increase wellbeing in our life. By marrying the breath to gentle movements and/or visualization we can learn to gather chi, balance chi, and direct it within our own bodies. When we work with our chi we can achieve balance in our minds and bodies.

In this class participants will learn to simple slow movements to raise chi and to sense it within their bodies. They will also learn some meditative techniques to help them purify, balance, and concentrate their chi within their bodies. The respiratory benefits of the salt cave will help to enhance the deep breathing practice.
Participants should wear loose comfortable clothing and expect to relax and have fun.

Instructor Thomas Mooneagle is a Sifu of Southern Style Tai Chi, Reikimaster, artist, author, and Shamanic Practitioner.
