What to expect:
- Sit on the floor with a group of nice people
- Call and response chanting of sacred mantras
- Feel uplifted, joyful, and connected


You are welcome to bring rhythmic instruments, such as shakers, maracas, chimes, etc..
Melodic instruments are best left at home (guitar, flute, etc.) as they do not blend well with the harmonium and are distracting to the practice.
