Shine will be hosting a very special 4-week meditation workshop this February. Each week we will study one of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness from the wonderful text by Bhante Gunaratana. (a copy of the book is included!)

We will meet each Tuesday night in February at 7:15pm
Feb. 2nd - MIndfulness of the Body
Feb. 9th - Mindfulness of Feelings
Feb 16th - Mindfulness of the Mind
Feb 23rd - MIndfulness of Dhamma

This workshop will teach you some basic meditation techniques, and help you establish a regular practice. And If you already have a meditation practice, this workshop can help you to explore the mind in new ways, and to meet others who are interested in the benefits of meditation

$60 for all four classes, includes price of the book

Led by Dr. Amanda O’Bryan PhD – a trained psychologist, and Mindfulness meditation practitioner.
