In this 4-week foundational course you'll learn the basics of alignment for the most common yoga asana (postures). This course is designed for beginers and seasoned yogis alike. Beginners will learn the most fundamental postures and aligment, while seasoned yogis will benefit from revisiting the basics of alignment to bring new awareness to their practice.

Week 1: Standing Asana
Week 2: Forward Bending and Twisting
Week 3: Backward Bending and Balancing
Week 4: Sun Salutation, Inversion, and Putting it all together

This class will meet 4 Wednesdays in a row, from 5:00pm - 6:00pm, beginning Wednesday, February 24. Register for the entire series or drop in for just one or two!

Investment: $15 per drop in session
