Join us for a special preview of the new KET production Louisville’s Olmsted Parks. Frederick Law Olmsted, designer of Central Park in New York City and hundreds of parks nationwide, is considered the father of American Landscape Architecture. And the 18 parks and six parkways that comprise Louisville’s park system have been called the defining project of his career. This documentary, narrated by Jackie Hays, celebrates the design of the parks and how the park system is inextricably linked with Louisville’s history, society and economy.
