Join Amanda O'Bryan, PhD for a 4-Week Koru Mindfulness Workshop.

Koru Mindfulness is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management to adults. Students will learn meditation and mindfulness skills that will help them reduce stress and improve their sleep.

Dr. Amanda O'Bryan, PhD. is a psychologist and mindfulness meditation instructor. She teaches mindfulness to college students and members of the community in Louisville.
