Project Improv says
The Charles Dickens classic "A Christmas Carol" has been performed for over a hundred years on thousands of stages and movie sets around the world. But wouldn't it be a lot better if the audience got to change the story a little each year?

Project Improv tends to think so. That's why we created The Dickens - an original improvised format that uses audience suggestions to re-imagine the traditional tale for a modern (and perhaps more ADHD-prone) audience. Charlie Dickens himself (Matt Schaaf) hosts this magical evening, and if all goes well, at the end we'll learn a valuable lesson about the true meaning of Christmas.

Or not. Really it's whatever.

We'll also visit a local Mall Santa (Joey Eberling) as he takes wishes provided by the audience, and drop in on a few other Christmas characters throughout the night.

It may sound too good to be true, but admission to this full night of improvised entertainment is just $5 cash at the door!! Invite your family and friends and make The Dickens a hilarious new holiday tradition.
