Part I (January 31, 1:00pm - 2:30pm): For beginners and connoisseurs, the first part of our series will give you a taste of several different styles of meditation. We will warm up with some gentle yoga, review the basics of meditation, and explore a variety of meditation techniques. After you have discovered your favorite style, I will challenge you to sit in meditation for 10 minutes every day for the next week, until the following Sunday when we reunite. There will be a Facebook page dedicated to our meditation group where you can connect with others while on this journey.

Part II (February 7, 1:00pm - 2:15pm): We will reunite a week later for discussion, gentle yoga, and a group meditation using the style of your choice for 25 minutes.

In addition to trying samples of various meditation styles, we will be sampling Cellar Door Chocolate's Sea Salt Almond Bark. It's locally made and vegan to boot!

Investment for entire series: $45 for the first 3 people to sign up, $55 after
