“Phantom Boy excels in its artistry and craft.”—Samantha Ladwig, IGN Movies

Oscar-nominated animators Alain Gagnon and Jean-Loup Felicioli (A Cat in Paris) are back with a delightful film noir that will be appealing for adults and children. An 11-year-old boy becomes an unlikely superhero when he discovers a secret power.

While in the hospital with a mysterious illness, young Leo discovers that he has the ability to leave his mortal body and to fly around the city, passing through walls like a phantom. When an evil mobster takes hold of New York’s power supply, Leo becomes partners with a disabled police officer and an intrepid reporter as they race against the clock to save the city. 2016, France, DCP, 84 minutes. 7 p.m. screenings will be in French with English subtitles and 3 p.m. screenings will be dubbed in English. Rated PG.
