This 4-week series will meet Wednesdays from 7:30pm-9pm beginning January 6, 2016 thru January 27, 2016.
$65 for full series; $20 drop-in for single session.

The practice of yoga can be beneficial in reducing stress, decreasing symptoms of anxiety, and improving an overall sense of wellbeing. In this workshop, students will learn and explore specific practices to find these benefits on and off the yoga mat. Students will gain tools to apply in daily life through experience in practice and discussion each week. Practices of breathing techniques, physical postures, meditation, and yogic philosophy will be utilized to help students find calm, increase coping skills, and boost energy and mood. Students will discover the personal power within to manage daily stress and find inner peace. Jaime is a licensed therapist with personal and professional experience in utilizing yoga to achieve optimal health and wellness.
