We had SO MUCH FUN in session one that we are bringing back Yoga for Tweens and Parents for a second session!

Yoga can be an important tool to help your tweens develop self-confidence, self-respect, and self-esteem, important things for tweens to learn as their bodies are growing and changing.

From school, to sports, to peer pressure, our tweens can sometimes feel like they are living in a pressure cooker. Stressed and anxious is no way for them to be living their young lives. Yoga can offer them an opportunity to get calm, get focused, and find the peace that they deserve.

Practicing yoga with your tween provides quality bonding time and an opportunity for you to both get centered, get grounded and build the strong relationship you both need during this challenging time of their life.

Share the gift of yoga with your 9-12 year olds in our special Yoga for Tweens and Parents series.

Session 2 will meet EVERY FRIDAY in April from 4:30pm - 5:30pm

Each session is $15 per parent/tween pair (additional tweens or parents in the same family add $5 per) or sign up in advance for the entire series** and pay just $40 (that's only $10 per session for BOTH of you to practice yoga.....add $5 for each additional parent or tween attending)

**Series package can be purchased on-line. To pay for individual sessions please make payment at the studio when you attend class
