El mundo de Nina (Nina's world)

An exhibition by the artists known as Miss Nina, a woman full of artistic energy that grew in her as she painted while watching music videos on MTV of singers like Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera – women who became controversial just by doing what they felt like and not looking to be accepted by a man or for any man's approval. Although Nina started creating collages from magazine cutouts, it was on the internet where she really found a world of images and possibilities. Tumblr, Instagram and Photoshop became her best friends, and are exactly how she earned her name as an artist. Her images feature revolutionary, strong and free women as icons. Miss Nina manages to capture their interior via images that are much more than that, since the artist's images are part of a movement that's very necessary in our society.
