'Pongamos que hablo de Madrid' ('Let’s say I’m talking about Madrid') is a phrase that has become synonymous with the city of Madrid, its streets and its many mysteries. The Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Madrid, with the presentation of an exhibition by the same name, shows the various types of art that have been produced in the Spanish capital over the past four decades. This includes the most recent names and goes as far back as those who contributed to Madrid's 'La Movida' counterculture movement in the 1980s. The exhibition showcases 149 pieces, among them paintings, drawings, graphic works and photographs, from 39 renowned artists such as Fernando Bellver, Luis Gordillo and Ouka Lele. If you love Madrid and you love art, don't miss this exhibition.
