This exhibition of photography by Brasilian Ricardo Teles shows off ten images on the subject of the life of truck drivers who work on Brazil's motorways. The photos on show here are part of the project 'Transbrasilianas', in which Teles spent a year documenting the construction of a factory in the extreme south of the Brazilian state of Bahía on the shores of BR 101, one of the country's main motorways that runs along the Brazilian coast from north to south. This made Teles a witness to the transformation of a universe created in the roadsides, as they are the main links between communities and serve as arteries that supply and channel production.
