Between 1957 and 1972 there was a movement of renewal in the photographic field in Japan that ran in parallel to the great economic, cultural and psychosocial changes of the period. These were years marked by social confrontation against the legacy of American occupation. The exhibition is made up of archives from the Per Amor a l'Art Foundation's Bombas Gens art centre in Valencia, featuring the most important privately held collection outside of Japan of Japanese photography from the period from 1957 to 1972.
