To bring to an end the series of concerts on to celebrate the 24th birthday of Moby Dick, it's a live performance by this British duo who mix shoegaze with minimalist electronica to bring you a cocktail of delicate and ephemeral melodies with stifling sounds emanating from sythesizers. Their latest workds show that they know how to digest, refine and synthesize the best of '80s English post-punk (from The Chameleons to Jesus and Mary Chain). As they themselves have said, their intention is to creat a hypnotic, cinematic and immersive atmosphere – label it as you will.
