Artemisa Ventura de la Vega. Decorated with rustic elements in its kitchens they prepare delicious dishes very well resolved with excellent raw material, all of plant origin. Sage Eggplant, spinach with sausage, lasagna Artemis and out of carte they offer Lombard spread with raisins and fresh tomato. Please note Farah Diba cake, made with mushrooms stuffed with pate, asparagus, eggplant and gouda cheese. Copious salads and an assortment of desserts for sweet tooth.
