Santo Restaurante & Deli could be described as a dedication to the Mediterranean product. The recipes of its menu, which have been taken care of to the last detail, are elaborated with high-quality ingredients which come from many Spanish regions. The result are dishes with very generous rations. This restaurant has a very domestic atmosphere and chef Juliana Aguiar creates dishes with new textures and interpretations. At Santo it seems that everything has been disposed to start off a good conversation. If we were in America, this gastronomical approach would fit in “Comfortable food” concept, where the guests feels comfortable, like at home, and enjoys a very cozy soiree. Santo’s atmosphere is very nice and casual, full of Mediterranean details and big tables.
