Huey's Restaurant says
Brother Moses was founded in 2014 at the University of Arkansas by high school classmates and college dorm mates James Lockhart and Moses Gomez. Soon after meeting percussion student Michael Seck, the trio began hauling all of their gear, on foot, under cover of darkness, to meet once weekly in a basement rehearsal space, that they weren’t technically allowed to use, all so they could practice for the University Battle of the Bands. They lost. Two years later, this five-piece garage rock band has released a 6 song EP, worked with Jeff Goldblum in California, signed to a New Jersey label, and is working on their second EP out later this year.

Put on your dancing shoes and head to Huey's Midtown to see them for yourself on May 29th.
