Build strength, ability, and knowledge of the moves found in Middle Eastern and North African dance styles as well as learn a choreography. This is a great class for those looking for a creative way to exercise, students wishing to refine their dancing ability, and dancers wanting to learn the DWJ performance repertoire. Jasmine takes great care to provide detailed technical instruction and positive critique aimed to refine your dancing ability. The mix of exercises, combinations, lecture, and dance games in each session make for a physically and mentally strong dancer, a dancer who is informed in real-world applications and the cultural and historical relevance of this dance genre.

Class Schedule Thursdays 7:30-8:45pm
March 31 - Jun 2; 9 week session $120 No class May 5th

Contact Jasmine if you have questions or are unable to start on the first date of the session. Drop ins not accepted. Park in the lot facing Perkins Extd. Enter the building from the side entrance that is at the end of the covered walkway. Go through the double doors and the dance room is the second door on your right. If the parking lot is full, you can park behind the theater or use the church or St. Mary’s school parking on the campus. There are walkways that lead you around the school and to the performing arts center.
