Memphis Daily News says
The Memphis Medical Center is poised for a nearly $2 million facelift as the newly established Medical District Collaborative embarks on an effort to create a unified, livable area complete with streetscaping, public art projects, and signage initially and following up with commercial and residential real estate development.
