Muralism never stopped existing in Mexico, it simply transformed. While it might not be as politically important as it was during Diego Rivera or David Alfaro Siquieros’ era, mural art is alive and well in public spaces thanks to young artists that use the streets as their canvas. Through the lense of a global art movement, on this tour we’ll show you five examples of Mexico City’s new muralism.
