Maybe the idea of seeing a band under a bridge sounds very unattractive to you, but we assure you that this place is far removed from the grime of the city. On the contrary, Bajo Circuito is one of the newer venues with solid acoustics in the city.
It’s located in one of the liveliest areas of the city, but don’t fret: it has parking. The great advantage is that it is very easy to find. Literally it's under the Circuito Interior expressway, so there's no way to miss it.
The layout is functional, with a capacity of approximately 400 people. There’s a giant bar full of the usual suspects: beer, rum, tequila and house cocktails. There is not much pageantry or fanfare here because the place doesn’t really need it. It's under a bridge, remember?
As for the acoustics, the truth is that it sounds incredible given its location. To date, bands such as La Vida Bohème, Run Golden Boys, Los Viejos and Cardiel have played here and although they have a variety of shows, they usually lean toward indie bands.
