Time Out says

3 out of 5 stars

Kanako Mikami and Akiko Shonozaki decided to bring flavors from their native Yokohama, Japan, into Mexico. Following European techniques, the bread is daily made early morning. Besides traditional baguettes, you must try their suggestions with ingredients like curry or azuki (sweet bean).

You’re bound to taste any of their matcha-based options. Bimmy means “delicious flavor”; they couldn’t have chosen a more accurate name, so much is clear.
