As part of the Centro Deportivo Chapultepec, the Foro Cultural Chapultepec opens its modern facilities for plays, concerts, conferences, screenings, exhibitions and many other cultural activities.

Inaugurated in 2010 with the stage production El Gesticulador, inspired in the eponymous book by Rodolfo Usigli, this place has been characterized for featuring performances like Misery, based on a Stephen King novel; or the acclaimed play Yo soy mi propia esposa, by Pulitzer winner Doug Wright, starring Hector Bonilla. This place takes great relevance in children’s theater with the series Un rato para imaginar, by Mario Iván Martínez, addressing different educational topics.

Foro Cultural Chapultepec has a 650 people capacity, a theater elevator, modern lighting equipment (a 512 channel console, 98 spotlights, nine robotics and a follow spotlight in five colors), as well as a specialized audio system with 31 channel consoles and equalizers. They also have a parking lot with a capacity for 610 vehicles and an extra 47x22 yard parking space, so nobody has to worry about car surveillance around Polanco.
